1. General Information
Buds Fresh is an online florist based in Sydney, Australia, specializing in floral arrangements, bouquets, and related products. Currently, we only deliver within the Sydney metropolitan area.
2. Ordering and Payments
- Orders can be placed through our website, and all orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Buds Fresh reserves the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
- Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods specified on our website.
- All prices on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Orders must be placed by the cut-off time listed in our Shipping Policy for same-day or next-day delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed for the next available delivery day.
3. Delivery
- Buds Fresh only delivers to the Sydney metropolitan area. Please ensure the delivery address is within our service range, as we do not deliver outside this area at this time.
- We make every effort to deliver your flowers on the requested date; however, we do not guarantee specific delivery times. Deliveries are typically made between 9 AM and 6 PM.
- A correct and complete delivery address and contact details must be provided. Buds Fresh is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
- If the recipient is unavailable, the flowers may be left in a safe place at the delivery location, if deemed appropriate by our delivery driver. Buds Fresh takes no responsibility for flowers once they have been left at the specified address.
4. Substitution Policy
- Due to seasonal availability and stock variations, Buds Fresh may need to substitute some flowers or materials in an arrangement. Any substitutions will be of equal or higher quality and value.
- We strive to maintain the overall appearance and quality of each arrangement.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders can be canceled with a full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may incur a cancellation fee.
- Refunds will be issued only in cases of non-delivery, incorrect delivery, or significant quality issues with the flowers received. Refunds are subject to review and approval by Buds Fresh.
6. Returns Policy
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on floral arrangements.
- We accept returns on vases if they are unused, undamaged, and returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase.
7. Liability
- Buds Fresh is not liable for any damages arising from incorrect delivery information, refusal of entry by the recipient’s location, or adverse weather conditions impacting delivery.
- We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or transport interruptions.

- Buds Fresh is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided through our website is managed in compliance with Australian privacy laws.
